Under new ownership, The Village Green is entering a more intentional era. The campus already has the bones tenants want in Orange Park: visibility on Kingsley Avenue, approachable single-story buildings, simple parking, mature trees, and flexible suites that can support healthcare, wellness, legal, finance, and other professional users. The next step is careful stewardship: cleaner presentation, responsive leasing, and practical improvements that make the campus easier to occupy and easier to recommend.
